2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website (www.aathissnaacks.com), browsing our product catalogue, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "You") and Aathi Shivaya Group of Companies ("We", "Us", "Our", "Aathi's Snaacks").

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authorisation to do so.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, weight, and appearance. However, as our products are handmade in small batches, minor variations in colour, shape, and texture are natural and expected. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.

3.4 Limited-Time Offers and Combos

Special combo offers, launch promotions, and limited-time deals are available only while stocks last and within the specified time period. We are not obligated to honour promotional pricing after the offer period expires or stock is exhausted.

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Placing an Order

  1. Browse our product catalogue and add items to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and provide your delivery details.
  3. Review your order summary and total amount.
  4. Complete payment via UPI.
  5. Submit your order. You will receive confirmation on WhatsApp or via the contact details provided.

4.2 Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after we verify your UPI payment. Submitting an order without completing payment does not guarantee order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel unverified orders after 24 hours.

4.3 Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is verified, modifications (including changes to items, quantities, or delivery address) may not be possible. 5. Payment Terms

Payments are manually verified by our team. After making payment, you may optionally upload a screenshot as proof of payment. Orders are dispatched only after payment verification, which typically occurs within 24 hours of payment.

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please retry the payment or contact us for assistance. If a payment is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with your transaction reference number within 48 hours.

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not accept foreign currency payments.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver pan-India to all states and union territories of India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, natural calamities, logistics delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. Applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation. We periodically offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

6.4 Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier. We will provide you with a tracking number where available. For delivery-related issues, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier.

6.5 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges will apply. Perishable items that cannot be re-delivered may not be eligible for refund.

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with your order ID and photographs of the issue. Approved refunds will be credited to your original UPI account within 5–7 working days.

8. Food Safety and Quality

8.1 FSSAI Compliance

Aathi's Snaacks operates under a valid FSSAI licence (No. 12422029000996) and complies with all applicable food safety regulations under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and rules thereunder.

8.2 Allergen Information

Our products contain or may contain the following allergens:

8.3 Shelf Life and Storage

Product shelf life is indicated on the packaging. Please store products as directed on the label. We are not responsible for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.

8.4 No Artificial Preservatives

Our products are made without artificial preservatives. This means shelf life may be shorter than mass-produced alternatives. Please consume products within the indicated shelf life for best quality.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the brand name "Aathi's Snaacks", logo, product names, photographs, descriptions, and website design — is the intellectual property of Aathi Shivaya Group of Companies and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
